Mushroom and Feta Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 4 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet, sauté the sliced mushrooms and onion in olive oil over medium heat until they are tender and lightly browned.
