Ingredients:
- 1 lb. of bulk sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 stalks of celery, chopped
- 1 lb. of sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons of dried sage
- 2 teaspoons of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 cups of cubed bread
- 2 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
