Mushroom and Herb Stuffing

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups of bread cubes
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
  • 2 cups of vegetable broth

Instructions:

  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms and diced onions to the skillet and cook until the mushrooms have released their moisture and are browned, stirring occasionally.
  5. For maximum flavor, mix the thyme, sage, and rosemary together in your skillet with a thorough stirring motion.
  6. Gently mix the mushroom blend into the bowl of bread cubes.
  7. Gently tip the vegetable broth over the bread mixture and stir until everything is blended together.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  10. To achieve the perfect end product, lovingly wrap in foil and bake for 25 minutes in a pre-heated oven.
  11. Gently peel back the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until a gorgeous golden brown color is achieved.
